Key positions in top and senior management as well as top specialists are a key to the success of any company. At the same time they represent very important part of a company value as a whole. Right decisions concerning the filling in these positions always play a crucial role in the process of change and development.

The tool used in these situations is Executive Search – target oriented search and candidate selection. Main characteristics of this method are described by a sophisticated process orientated on the overall potential available on the respective market under the guarantee of high-level confidentiality. The process is based on the goal agreed between client and consultant – to find candidates with specific set of skills and experience in a particular area.

    • In-depth interviews with selected candidates conducted by our HR consultants.
    • Quantitative and qualitative analyses of relevant personal data and complex candidate’s evaluation processing.
    • Psychological, diagnostic and HR tests (ICL, Kilman‘s test, D-M-V, KAI, Voel‘s test) are used by recruiting process
    • Finally, detailed and systematic candidate’s profile including consultant’s comment stands as the output for the client.

During the Executive Search process active and intensive communication with a client, regarding candidate selection progress is required.
